Return & Refund Policy
At Build-A-Hoochie, we take hygiene, safety, and fairness very seriously. Because of the intimate nature of lingerie, costumes, and related apparel, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
This means:

No returns for size or fit issues

No returns for personal preference or style changes

No returns once an item has been worn, tried on, or removed from packaging

No cancellations after an order has been processed
We understand this may sound strict, but this rule exists for important reasons:

Health & Safety – Lingerie and intimate apparel cannot legally or safely be resold once opened or tried on.

Supplier Terms – We do not accept returns on drop-shipped items, which means we cannot send anything back once shipped.

Fairness & Consistency – We apply the same policy to every customer to ensure equal treatment and avoid confusion.
What If There’s a Real Problem?
While all sales are final, we also believe in treating customers fairly. If an item arrives with a genuine issue (e.g., wrong item sent or visibly damaged in shipping), please contact us at support@buildahoochie.com within 7 days of delivery.
We ask that you provide:

Photos of the item and packaging upon arrival

A brief description of the issue
Each case will be reviewed manually. If we confirm a mistake or problem, we’ll work with you directly to find the best resolution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another solution.
Important Notes

Claims made without photo proof or outside the 7-day window will not be considered.

Items that appear worn, altered, or intentionally damaged will not be eligible for review.

Any accommodations made are strictly at our discretion and do not alter our All Sales Final policy.
Bottom Line: Please shop carefully, review size charts, and choose your items with confidence. Once your order is placed, it is yours to keep. If something unusual happens, we’ll step in and help on a case-by-case basis, but returns and refunds are not part of our policy.
